Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, a wreath laying ceremony is carried out to Remember, Honor and Teach about our brave Veterans. This year at Intelligence Driven Advisers our employees and their families had the pleasure of participating in this ceremony honor our veterans during the holidays. We appreciate the sacrifice so many men and women have made to defend and fight for our freedoms. It’s with great honor we were able to say a prayer for some true heros this holiday season and place wreaths on their grave sites.

IMPORTANT RISK INFORMATION
The IDA Private Access Fund is a continuously-offered, non-diversified, registered closed-end fund with limited liquidity. There is no guarantee the Fund will achieve its objective. Although the Fund is required to implement a Share repurchase program only a limited number of Shares will be eligible for repurchase by the Fund. Investments and investment transactions are subject to various counterparty risks. The counterparties to transactions in over-the-counter or "inter-dealer" markets are typically subject to lesser credit evaluation and regulatory oversight compared to members of "exchange-based" markets. This may increase the risk that a counterparty will not settle a transaction because of a credit or liquidity problem, thus causing the Fund to suffer losses. The Fund and its service providers may be prone to operational and information security risks resulting from breaches in cyber security. A breach in cyber security refers to both intentional and unintentional events that may cause the Fund to lose proprietary information, suffer data corruption, or lose operational capacity. Minimal Capitalization Risk. The Fund is not obligated to raise any specific amount of capital prior to commencing operations. There is a risk that the amount of capital actually raised by the Fund through the offering of its shares may be insufficient to achieve profitability or allow the Fund to realize its investment objective. The Fund is a closed-end investment company with no history of operations.
